Feeling better starts with understanding your body

Persistent fatigue, digestive discomfort, restless nights, and feeling generally “off” can leave you searching for answers everywhere. The problem is, health advice can feel overwhelming and often contradictory.

You don’t need another quick fix. There’s a lot you can do about your symptoms, I can show you how. We will go through your health history and put together a plan using herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.

What we believe

Working with the Body’s Vitality

The body has its own intelligence called the Vital Force. It is constantly working to adapt, protect, and find its way back toward balance. My role is to support that intelligence, never to override it.

Pain, fatigue, restless nights, and other symptoms are often signals that something needs attention, not signs that your body has failed you. Stress, lack of movement, nutrition, sleep, and everyday demands can all affect how we feel.

Rather than simply silencing the symptoms, let’s listen to what your body is telling you and explore what it needs to thrive. Feeling better means having the energy and vitality to live your life and do more of what you love.

Understanding the Whole Picture

Your body doesn’t work in isolation. Everything is connected. A symptom may show up in one area of the body while the underlying pattern began somewhere else. That’s why looking at the whole picture and root cause matters. By taking the time to understand your health history, daily habits, symptoms, and the patterns between them, we can begin to uncover what may be contributing to how you feel.

When we understand the root, we can create a more meaningful path forward.

Together, we’ll explore your health from a whole person perspective and create a thoughtful, sustainable path toward feeling better and supporting a healthier you.

About me, Chulee

My path to becoming a Clinical Herbalist began with my own search for better health.

For years, I experienced anxiety, chronic sleep deprivation, constipation, frequent bloating, strong PMS symptoms, and a tendency to feel cold, even in the summer. I knew I didn’t feel my best, but I struggled to understand why, and seeking help from practitioners often offered little relief.

During the pandemic, I had time to slow down and reflect on my life and career. After more than 20 years as a handbag designer, I began thinking about what I wanted for the next chapter of my life. One day, I came across a business card from an herb shop with the words Clinical Herbalist on it. I was curious, and that curiosity led me down an entirely new path.

As I began studying herbalism and learning how the body works, I realized that many of the health challenges I had experienced could be explored through a deeper understanding of the body and its patterns. The more I learned, the more I realized that small sustainable change can contribute to profound health improvements.

I received my clinical herbalism training at the Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine, where I studied the integration of modern science with traditional Western herbalism.

Today, I’m dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and take an active role in their health and well-being. My approach includes food as nourishment and medicine, movement, stress management, self-awareness, relevant lab work, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

I believe that better health begins with understanding your body and learning to listen to what it is telling you. My hope is to help you feel more informed, empowered, and at home in your own body.
